   Darien, CT - The Darien Police Department received the report of a missing person on January 1, 2016.  The family of Suzanne Stisser reported that she was last seen at approximately 11:00am at her residence on that date.  Over the past twenty-four hours the Detective Division and Patrol Division has worked with several other agencies in an attempt to locate her.  At approximately 4:00pm on January 2, 2016, Suzanne Stisser’s body and vehicle were located in a remote location in Darien.  Investigation has revealed that there were no signs of foul play.  The incident remains under investigation but no additional details are being released at this time.

   The Darien Police Department would like to extend its condolences to the Stisser family as we thank other law enforcement agencies for their assistance.
